- 75: Extreme high temperature lube sealant. Developed for valves used in systems carrying hydrocarbons from heavy crude oils. Contains Moly-Disulfide to reduce operating torque. Free of fillers.
- 80: The oldest most requested and cost effective lube sealant. Over the years 80 has proven to be the #1 product in the dry gas service industry. Free of fillers.
- 80-HM: A very heavy lube sealant. Formulated to be used on well service units and high pressure plug valve application where extreme high pressures are encountered. Contains Moly-Disulfide to reduce operating torque. Free of fillers.
- 85: Extra heavy lube sealant. Developed to be used on storage valves where extreme high pressures are encountered. Free of fillers.

- 972: The most recommended lube sealant by the majority of high pressure plug valve manufacturers globally. 972 is formulated for plug valves in high pressure and high temperature. Oil and gas service. Contains Moly-Disulfide to reduce operating torque. Free of fillers.

80+FTFE:
Emergency Valve Lube Sealant
Contains Teflon particles to assist with sealing of leaking valves in dry gas service due to worn surfaces or soft seal damage. Repeated use of any TFE materials is NOT recommended.
- 2000: Developed for the commissioning of new ball valves. 2000 is a lubricant ONLY has excellent resistance to liquids. Suitable for natural gas, hydrocarbons, LPG’s, sour crude, sour gas, CO2, gasoline and water. Contains Moly-Disulfide. Free of fillers. Available in bulk viscosity only.
- 302: Our premier silicone sealant. Developed for hot air or water, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, ethyl alcohol and other applications suitable for silicone sealants where additional lubrication is required. Contains Moly-Disulfide to reduce operating torque.
- PL-1000: Lubricant used as body fill for the needs of API‑6A gate valves. Formulated with non-petroleum oils to protect the wellhead from corrosion, wear and washout. Contains Moly-Disulfide to reduce operating torque. Free of fillers. Available in bulk viscosity only.
- Sure Seal 1502:
Formulated using Sure Seal technology for the toughest high pressure plug valve application. Val-Tex Sure Seal 1502 is for use during assembly only to help ensure maximum sealing and resistance to washout, especially during low pressure hydro static testing.

Valve Flush:
Val‑Tex Valve Flush works on the principal of pressure and penetration cleaning out hardened sealants and lubricants that contain solids and/or fillers used by lesser quality product.
Valve Flush does not contain acid, caustic, solvent or solids to add to your valve problems. Valve Flush is a safe, biodegradable, non-hazardous material. Valve Flush is compatible with all lubricants and sealants.
After Valve Flush has cleaned out and freed your valve, it is safe to inject with the recommended Val‑Tex lube sealant. Val-Tex lube sealants are FREE of solids and fillers to eliminate the need for further use of Valve Flush.

Manual-Foot Operated
QS-1800A (Viper®): An updated faster version of the typical antiquated manual 1400. The Viper® sits on the ground and builds pressure by pumping the foot pedal to allow for hands free operation. The QS-1800A will inject one ounce every 11 strokes compared to the 1400 which requires 44 strokes to move one ounce. The Viper® comes with a standard 6ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- QS-2000A Air/Hydraulic: The fastest and most durable gun in its class, the QS-2000A will inject an entire stick of grease in as little as 60 seconds. This lightweight unit comes with a standard 6ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- QS-2200A Electric/Hydraulic: Run by rechargeable battery powered hydraulic pump, this unit gives you complete mobility by eliminating the need for an air supply. Equipped with alligator clips to keep greasing once the battery life expires. The QS-2200A comes with a standard 6ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- QS-5000-C Air/Hydraulic: The only one of its kind, the Val-Tex QS-5000-C has the largest stick lube sealant capacity in the industry. The five pound “V” stick is designed to drastically reduce frequency of loading. This is especially beneficial in high pressure plug valve assembly shops. The QS-5000-C comes with a standard 10ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- 70 Series (Air Operated) 5-70 (Lil’ Greaser): The carrying handle makes this compact, portable gun ideal for tight places, overhead lubrication and easy transporting around the field. The enclosed canister keeps dirt and foreign material out. The handle allows you to control grease and flush flow into the valve. This unit comes with a standard 10ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- 10-70 (Easy Lube): With the same capacity of the 5-70, the Easy Lube 10-70 is mounted on a caddy type cart with large pneumatic tires to assure easy maneuverability. The enclosed canister keeps dirt and foreign material out. The handle allows you to control grease and flush flow into the valve. This unit comes with a standard 10ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- 40-70 (Easy Lube): Our largest capacity pump that is designed to service a large number of valves with less reloading and downtime. The swing type dolly mounted on pneumatic tires keeps the container upright at all times. The enclosed canister keeps dirt and foreign material out. The handle allows you to control grease and flush flow into the valve. This unit comes with a standard 10ft high pressure grease hose complete with gauge and coupler.
- 1400: The outdated 1400 has been the industry standard for years. Although as more advanced equipment has hit the market, this model is still used, but slowly becoming obsolete. The 1400 requires 44 strokes to move 1 ounce of grease and 350 strokes to move one stick.
- 1000A-31GB: Simple and easy to use, this screw prime lubrication gun is commonly found in the oilfield. Only use “K” size stick. (Part #1000-31B)
- 6268A-13-G: Similar to the 1000A-31GB, the 6268A-13-G has a 15,000 PSI rating and is typically found in the oilfield. Only use “K” size stick. (Part #6268A-13)
- MM (Mini-mite): The “Mini-mite” allows you to quickly inject “B” size sticks into stop cock valves. Also available with hose (MM-1) or with hose and giant buttonhead coupler (MM-1-27).
- CT-Loader (Big Grip): The “Big Grip” cartridge loader makes it easier and more convenient to load cartridges of lube sealant and lubricants.
- Giant Buttonhead Fittings: Available in single ball check or double ball check for high pressure application.
- Combination Giant Buttonhead/Lube Screw Fittings: Tall buttonhead fittings available in single ball check or double ball check for high pressure application.
- Vented Cap Fitting: Designed with single ball check that provides the primary seal while the vented cap is the secondary seal to retard corrosion of the fitting face.
- Vented Cap Giant Buttonhead Fitting: Designed with single ball check that provides the primary seal while the vented cap is the secondary seal to retard corrosion of the fitting face.
- Special High-Pressure Plug Valve Giant Buttonhead Fitting w/ Relief Slot: Designed with double ball check for extreme high pressure. Relief slot will allow to bleed trapped pressure in valve body.
- Safety-Seal Fitting: 2 piece fitting design with double ball check and positive metal-to-metal shut-off to assure max safety in high pressure and/or dangerous product application. must loosen 1 1/2 turns to inject product.
- Packing Injector: For injecting packing into stem area.
- Packing Injector Pressure Relief Tool: Used to bleed pressure from stem area.
- Body Bleed Fitting: Used to bleed pressure from valve bodies.
- Auxiliary Fitting: Used as emergency sealing of leaking giant (AF-1) or standard (AF-2) buttonhead fittings. Nylon insert will provide a durable seal for uninterrupted service and a fitting lock will prevent accidental removal. This is a reusable device but can be left permanently.
- Zerk Adapter WKM #1 / CIW #1 / CIW-GB-1: Adapter from Zerk (automotive) style fittings to giant buttonhead fitting using standard lubrication equipment.
- WKM #2 / CIW #2 / CIW-GB-2: Cost effective adapter to convert from a capped fitting to your gun’s standard giant buttonhead coupler.
- WKM #3 / CIW #3 / CIW-GB-3: Connects directly to the 1/4″ NPT male adapter on your gun’s lubrication hose assembly. When fully open, valve on body will allow maximum unrestricted flow when injecting material containing teflon. Trapped pressure is relieved through vent hole in the nut while disconnecting.
- Pressure Releasing Tool: Connects to capped fitting and giant buttonhead fittings to allow body cavity pressure to be vented into atmosphere. Fits 1″-14 UNS threads. Discharge port is 1/2″ NPT female.
- Field Kit: The Val-Tex Field Specialist Kit comes with 7 different tools and adapters required for ball and gate valve maintenance.
- 10-S (Stem and Thread Lubricant): Superior weather resistant thread and stem lubricant that helps to retard corrosion.
- 19-S (Thread Compound): Seals and protects thread. Highly resistant to corrosion. Prevents galling of threads. Ideal for stainless to stainless threads.
- GGS (Gear Box and Swivel Joint Lubricant): Excellent resistance to washout. GGS was developed to prevent rust build up and galling of plug and ball valve worm gear boxes and bearings in swivel joints.
